Formerly the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference, the Keystone Rugby Conference (KRC) is one of the founding DI-AA Conferences in Men's Rugby and looks to begin the path towards the next generation of College Rugby with foundations in fair play, sportsmanship and community involvement.

Lock Haven Men's Rugby is open to male students of Lock Haven University. The team was a member of the EPRU before transferring to the Mid Atlantic Rugby Conference (MARC). In Fall 2015, the team transferred to the Keystone Conference.

From its start in 1977, the Millersville Men’s Rugby Club has been building a strong winning tradition. We are a premier club that is a member of the Keystone Rugby Conference and have had success competing in the Division 1 level, with an undefeated season and championship victory in 2007.

Saint Joseph’s University Men ‘s Rugby is one of the strongest programs in the Philadelphia region due to their dedicated student-athletes, coaches, and a wonderfully supportive university administration.

Formed in 1981, the Shippensburg U Men joined the EPRU in 1986. In 2013, we transitioned to the new Keystone Rugby Conference.

Since its inception, Temple Rugby has been one of the most successful sports at Temple University. Temple has won the Mayor's Cup and Liberty Cup multiple times, and in 2003 won the Division II EPRU chammpionships. Since then, Temple has been competing at the Division I level, and has qualified for the EPRU championships three years in a row. Many men who play for Temple continue playing after college for clubs such as Media, Schuylkill River and Philadelphia Whitemarsh.

The Villanova University Rugby Football Club was founded in November of 1959 by Francis Coghlan, a Welsh professor of history at the university. His first team was composed mainly of his own students, but in the spring of 1960, forty players filled the roster of Coghlan’s new rugby club to compete against experienced Ivy League teams from the Eastern Rugby Union (ERU).
