The Phoenixville White Horse RFC prides themselves in fostering team spirit and sportsmanship, both on and off the field. To recognize the team's camaraderie, the EPRU honors the PWHRFC with this week's club spotlight.

Phoenixville White Horse History

Founded in 2002, the Phoenixville White Horse RFC is committed to promoting rugby and developing the growth of the sport in and around the Montgomery and Chester County areas, and to provide a competitive and social outlet for men of all ages and walks of life.

PWHRFC prides themselves in fostering team spirit, camaraderie and sportsmanship and welcomes all interested club members, both on and off the field.

In May 2015, the team won the Mid Atlantic Conference (MAC) Division 4 Championship and moved up to Division 3. Phoenixville White Horse Men continues to compete in Division 3 Senior Men's Rugby of the MAC and EPRU.

White Horse continues to expand with the successful addition of a women's team in 2014 and a growing rookie rugby program in 2015.The club currently supports a women's side, high school girls and youth teams.

If you are looking for an opportunity to exercise your competitive and athletic desires, or are looking to have fun, get fit or simply just looking meet new people, Phoenixville White Horse Rugby is the club for you!

The White Horse Men's team has a competitive side and social side and are always accepting new men ages 18 and up. All skill levels are welcome and no experience is necessary to join.

PWHRFC practices two times per week during the fall and spring seasons and once per week during the summer. Matches and tournaments take place on weekends, while social events, community service and other team offerings are planned where the schedule permits.
