Since then the team has continued to compete in 7s tournaments. In 2017 the Lions posted a 9-1 record and placed 2nd at the EPRU Women's 7s Championship. A year later the team placed 4th, losing a close a 10-7 match to Ursinus College in the consolation finals of the EPRU Women's 7s Championship in 2018.

Annual Pink Game

Every year, the Albright Lions participate in the annual Pink Game with local college teams. This match-play is a round robin style tournament that doubles as a fundraiser for breast cancer awareness.
