2016 Subaru 7s

The 15th Annual Subaru 7s rugby tournament will be held on Saturday May 21, 2016 at the Alapocas Run State Park rugby facility in Wilmington, DE. Alapocas Run State Park is located just 2 minutes off I-95 and all three rugby fields for tournament play are regulation size. On-site facilities include picnic areas, adventure playground, restrooms and concessions.  2016 participating teams include multiple men’s CRC, ladies CRC, Philadelphia Division, and HSRC squads.

Lafayette College Indoor Rugby Clinic a Great Success

More than 45 players attended a Youth Clinic delivered by former USA scrumhalf Mike Petri on March 5. The clinic was sponsored by Lafayette College Men’s Rugby. Lafayette College is a member of the Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union and plays in its Small College league which leads to the National Small College Rugby Organization’s (NSCRO) 15s and 7s National Championships.

The George B. Yasso golf tournament returns to Southmoore Golf Club in Bath, PA on April 23 (rain or shine). This event raises funds for the George B Yasso Memorial Fund, which supports scholarships for youth activities in the Bethlehem area. A day of golf, renewing old friendships, and remembering George, a beloved center and hooker for the Bethlehem Hooligans RFC, and after retirement, a terrific referee.
