A Great Start for EPRU High School 7s at Surfside

When asked about the EPRU's High School 7s team performance at the Surfside Sevens Tournament, coach John Foley had nothing but great things to say about the team.

"The coaches were impressed by the athleticism and decision making of the players and their ability to work as a team after only two practice sessions," says Foley, "hats off to the Blaze, who were obviously not only an athletic team but very well coached. I thought we played our best 7's at the end of the day, especially in working together on defense. This was a great start for the EPRU HS 7's program and we will build on this in the fall as we prepare for the New York 7's."
