Delaware Halloween 7s is a USA National Qualifier

The Halloween 7s will be held on Sunday, November 4, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the University of Delaware's Rugby Turf Fields in Newark, Delaware.
This tournament is a USA National 7s Qualifier. The National Championship will be comprised of 24 college teams from across the country.
