The 2011 MARFU Under 19 Girls All Star team was selected on Sunday, October 2nd after a one day tryout in Shippensburg, PA. The MARFU U19 team, including 17 EPRU players, travel to Ft Lauderdale, Florida on November 18-20 to defend the U19 National Championship.
MARFU won the championship last year in California. This year's team is chock-full of representatives from the EPRU. Of the 24 players, Seventeen players represent the EPRU, while four represent the Virginia Rugby Union (VRU) and three players represente the Potomac Rugby Union (PRU). The team consists of twelve high school players, nine collegiate players and three women's club players.

The Mid-Atlantic Rugby Football Union (MARFU) is the regional teritorial union for USA Rugby. The teritorial union consists of three local area unions including the EPRU, the VRU and the PRU.
The West Carroll Marauders Rugby Club's practices are held in New Windsor, Maryland. The club was established in 1995. The club is divided into three areas: the Youth Program, the High School Boys teams and the High School Girls teams. The West Carroll Marauders are sponsored by the West Carroll Recreation Council and the Carroll County Department of Parks.
