Does your team owe dues, fines or Fairmount Park permit fees? Prompt payment must be made. Full Member, Associate Member and Recognized Member dues must be paid before March 15. High School/U19/U15 teams must pay by February 15. Payments after April 1st are subject to a $50 late fee and a monthly outstanding balance fee of $10.00

EPRU well represented at the Vegas 7s

As you travel around Sam Boyd Stadium on the campus of the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, the Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union is represented everywhere. Pockets of old boys hang in the stands while young potential Olympians from our union look on in awe as the best of the world compete.

Maryland International Youth Rugby Festival: April 14th and 15th

The clock is ticking if you want to include your team in the Maryland International Youth Rugby Festival. We have one spot open in the first division, one in the B side division and two spots open in the Frosh/Soph division. We are excited about the event taking place at WOG on their all-weather turf fields.

Hosts Needed for PA State Championship Events-Bids Due Feb 10

Any interested high school or club team is invited to submit an application to host one or more PA State Championship playoff events in May of 2012. In 2012 we will be combining locations so as to host the boys high school and girls club quarterfinals on May 13, 2012 and we will be combining the semifinals and finals of all three divisions, boys high schools, boys clubs and girls clubs, in one host location on May 19 and 20, 2012.

March 3 - Free Event - Live Stream of College Premier Match & Rugby Scholarship Info

Jersey Shore Rugby Club and Narberth HS Rugby are hosting a free event at The Bard's Irish Pub in Philadelphia. We are going to stream live the Life University college premier college match vs Texas A&M. Prior to the match we will be holding a program outlining the benefit of an education and playing rugby at Life University.

Concussion Education

Concussions are a hot topic in the media and in the world of sports; with all involved trying to better understand the signs/symptoms and risks associated with a concussion. In an attempt to better educate players, parents and coaches about concussions the Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers’ Society (PATS) has partnered with Sport Safety International to offer a free online educational series titled Concussion Wise.

Baseline Concussion Testing for all EPRU Athletes

For the past few years the term concussion has been a buzz word throughout the sports world gaining much attention. While concussions are not new to sports - how we identify, treat and manage them has changed dramatically. ImPact Concussion testing is an online testing program that tests an athletes memory and reaction time.
