John "Mitch" Vannoy
John "Mitch" Vannoy at the 2012 CRC Invitational
Mitch was the University of Delaware's MVP of the CRC tournament. He played a huge role in our win against Florida. He ran through would be tacklers and also got trucked only to bounce back up and continue to be the spark we needed in that match.
Mitch had a great showing in our Lost to Life University on Sunday morning (score 5-12). His work rate in all the matches was terrific.
