Dillan “Bert” Martin

In only its second season, the West Chester High School Rugby Football Club made it to the EPRU finals. To get there, the Wolfpack defeated the Narberth Otter Boys 26-15 in the quarterfinal match and defeated the Allentown Blues 44-22 in the semifinal match. All matches were exciting and hard-fought affairs, and were well-attended by increasingly vocal Wolfpack supporters.

The entire team played well, both individually and – more importantly – as a team. In particular, Dillan “Bert” Martin did an exceptional job in the semifinal match…making tackles across the length and width of the pitch, carrying the ball with authority, and encouraging his teammates toward victory.
