Mandatory EPRU meetings are held on the third Wednesday of February and September. Until further notice, meetings will start at 8:00 p.m. at:

Applications for Associate and Full Membership are voted on at the February meeting. Awards for all Fall league/divisional play winners are also presented at this meeting.

The Annual General Meeting is held in September at which time elections for officers take place.

Full, Associate & Recognized Members must attend all meetings or be subject to non-attendance fines. If a Full, Associate or Recognized Member does not attend the required number of meetings, the following sanctions will be imposed:

First violation - $200 fine
Second violation - $200 fine
Third & subsequent violations - disciplinary action deemed appropriate and necessary by the Board of Governors in its sole discretion.

All fines levied with be payable within thirty (30 days) of notice.
