| EPRU U19 Girls Win Tournament in Charlotte, NC |
The EPRU Under 19 Girl’s All Star team won the USA Rugby South Regional All Star Tournament held June 13-14 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The team dominated play all weekend by beating the Georgia Rugby Union and the Florida Rugby Union on Saturday, and the host North Carolina Rugby Union on Sunday. The team scored 104 points offensively and only let the opponents score 17 points throughout the weekend. In addition to some good rugby, the EPRU forwards and coaches were treated to a lineout clinic hosted by former USA Eagle Luke Gross. |
